  • •Manage dealership facility maintenance and compliance, including vendor oversight, preventive maintenance, capital projects, and OSHA/loss-prevention enforcement.
  • •Serve as primary OEM liaison for service, parts, and facility compliance; manage OEM inspections/audits and lead Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
