Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product engineering experience, with 4+ years architecting complex e-commerce, booking, or order management systems.
  • •Proven experience building and troubleshooting production checkout and order flows (pricing/tax, availability/inventory, cancellations, modifications, refunds).
  • •Strong backend mastery in Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Python, Go, Java, or Node.js, with ability to ramp up on Ruby quickly.
  • •Full-stack comfort building React interfaces for booking flows you architect.
  • •Deep expertise designing robust distributed systems, including state machines, idempotency, exactly-once semantics, event-driven architectures, and webhooks.
