Own full-life-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data. Source and assess candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, then conduct interviews to evaluate technical skill and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment strategy and candidate selection, manage multiple requisitions, maintain an excellent candidate experience, and keep records up to date in Greenhouse.
