Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide physical therapy services by administering treatment protocols under supervision of a physical therapist.
  • •Monitor patients’ response to their plan of care and report changes to the PT immediately.
  • •Review patients’ charts and therapy notes/histories to understand patient health.
  • •Support patients in a virtual physical therapy program by instructing, encouraging, and assisting with their plan of care.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree for physical therapy assistant.
  • •Active, unencumbered PT Assistant license in your home state.
  • •Reside in a state that is part of the Physical Therapy Compact.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinic evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal pain conditions.
  • •Comfort evaluating and treating patients remotely using digital tools, with strong organizational and communication skills.
