Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Direct Business Integrations with SMEs to translate high-volume tasks into automated AI pipelines.
  • •Orchestrate agentic workflows using multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, semantic document routers, and state-machine-driven automation.
  • •Utilize and inform platform primitives by building integrations on top of Tier 1 AI Platform APIs and providing feedback to shape infrastructure.
  • •Enforce rigorous security compliance ensuring data security and privacy standards for all integrations (PII protection).
  • •Maintain code quality and governance by reviewing submissions and building testing frameworks for LLM outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web applications, API integrations, or backend services.
  • •1+ years of hands-on GenAI experience building applications utilizing LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • •Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, or non-technical partners to design user-centric software solutions.
  • •Secure coding practices with API authentication (OAuth) and handling of sensitive data (PII, financial records).
