Job Summary

Own the product roadmap and manage the product lifecycle for tools and accessories across brands, from inception through retirement. Drive portfolio strategy using market and competitive insights, pricing/spec differentiation, SKU rationalization, and life-cycle calendars. Lead NPI from portfolio definition and financials through supply chain readiness and localized launch execution. Partner with sales and stakeholders by translating category data into recommendations and providing training and communications materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage the product roadmap and oversee the product lifecycle from inception to retirement.
•Own the portfolio by monitoring costs, ensuring profitability and competitiveness via pricing, availability, master data, and SKU rationalization.
•Develop portfolio strategy using white space analysis, penetration and attachment rate metrics, and competitive activity.
•Lead NPI, including portfolio definition, financials, supply chain readiness, localized launch packs, and support launch execution.
•Use category data to support line review and serve as the point of contact for technical product questions for sales, including providing product training and communication materials.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of product management experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing Management, or related field.
•Strong project management skills; PMO education is a plus.
•Fluent English (English language is a must).
•Financial acumen and the ability to interpret data, trends, and financial information to drive recommendations.
