Job Summary

Design, build, and operate enterprise voice infrastructure that connects traditional telephony to real-time AI voice systems. Develop CTI integrations with secure REST/SOAP and OAuth 2.0, deploy scalable voice workloads, and ensure observability, security (TLS/SRTP), and production-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and maintain SIP trunks, dial plans, and call routing, including SIP gateways and custom media handling.
•Configure and operate Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and implement SIP signaling stacks for programmatic call handling.
•Integrate telephony with cloud-based real-time voice AI services using WebSocket media streaming, building SIP-to-AI gateway architectures.
•Develop CTI integrations with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0, and webhook-driven event architectures, including call flows and routing.
•Implement production-grade software, follow CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, and ensure observability, security, and high availability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of enterprise telephony experience with SIP, VoIP, RTP, and related protocols.
•Hands-on experience configuring SBCs and SIP peering (Audiocodes, Oracle, Ribbon, or equivalent).
•Experience with PBX/media server platforms such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or equivalent open-source stacks.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#) and working knowledge of SQL.
