Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of metrology engineers and calibration technicians supporting electrical measurement, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
•Develop strategic initiatives to improve measurement capabilities and calibration processes.
•Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on RF and microwave calibration techniques and processes.
•Analyze measurement systems and error sources, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
•Oversee automated calibration procedures development and create uncertainty analyses to ensure accuracy and precision.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in a design, manufacturing, and/or engineering environment centered on metrology applications.
•Experience working with radio frequency (RF)/microwave measurement test equipment.
•Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Preferred knowledge of uncertainty analysis, statistical process control, and practical application of ISO 17025:2017 and ANSI/NCSL Z540 standards.
