Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply fertilizer and crop protection products using application equipment to support customer agronomic needs.
  • •Operate and maintain application equipment, tender trucks, tankers, and hopper-bottom trailers safely and efficiently.
  • •Pick up, deliver, load, and unload agronomy products, including supporting chemical warehouse inventory and product handling.
  • •Assist with fertilizer operations such as loading/unloading railcars and maintaining product quality standards, including anhydrous ammonia operations with required safety adherence.
  • •Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, daily equipment checks, operational documentation, and comply with local/state/federal regulations and company safety procedures.

Key Requirements
