Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate complex technical programs and projects across Archer globally, aligned to key organizational objectives.
•Provide thought leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of impactful initiatives.
•Establish and lead the company-wide Program Management Office (PMO), including governance, processes, and operating mechanisms.
•Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for engineering development, product builds, program milestones, and production transition, identifying critical path items, resource needs, dependencies, and major program risks.
•Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across engineering, quality, test, operations, supply chain, and business teams and provide structured executive-level reports and status updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
•10+ years in program and project management within a complex technical environment, managing enterprise-level programs involving hardware, software, systems integration, and manufacturing engineering.
•Experience establishing and leading a PMO, governance, processes, and operating mechanisms.
