Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage medium-term product and polymerization process development/improvement projects from initiation through qualification to commercialization.
  • •Support commercial scale-up of new/improved products and polymer technologies to meet business objectives.
  • •Provide manufacturing support, process improvement initiatives, and activities aimed at operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Define polymer composition, predict resin performance for targeted conversion processes, markets, and end-use applications.
  • •Lead efforts to link catalyst architecture and polymer microstructure to desired product properties and ensure alignment with Product Stewardship and Regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD, or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Preferred disciplines: Polymer Science/Engineering, Plastics/Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science/Engineering.
  • •Demonstrated experience with resin characterization methods, product performance testing, and polymer processing technologies.
  • •Strong project management and results-oriented approach with clear oral and written communication.
  • •Ability to conduct scouting research and design experiments to develop proof of concept and establish technical and commercial feasibility.
