Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Deal Lead for assigned PRT transactions, owning pricing strategy and execution with competitive, risk-adjusted returns.
  • •Direct development and enhancement of deferred and inpay actuarial models for cash flow, reserves, asset-liability management, projections, and transaction economics.
  • •Provide senior management pricing recommendations, analysis of inforce experience, assumption setting, sensitivities, and emerging risk insights.
  • •Strengthen pricing governance, model validation, controls, and compliance with Model Risk Policies; improve scalability, automation, analytics, and responsible AI use.
  • •Support inforce management including deferred liability model onboarding, buy-in to buy-out conversion, and annual true-ups.

Salary: USD 176,448 - 264,672 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred.
  • •7+ years of pension risk transfer, pension consulting, actuarial pricing/modeling, or asset-liability management experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of defined benefit plan design, funding, and risk-transfer mechanics.
  • •Advanced actuarial expertise connecting pricing, reserves, capital, assets, policyholder behavior, reinsurance, and financial outcomes to business decisions.
