Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regular inspection tests on products and materials to verify function and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • •Collect samples from each injection molding machine, secondary process, and print line; perform attribute/dimensional/functional testing and record results.
  • •Identify non-conforming product with “Hold” labels and update the hold log; perform in-process verifications and document checks on the Quality Monitor.
  • •Conduct first shot verifications and document results; notify the Shift Supervisor of non-conformances.
  • •Monitor active concerns for resolution, elevate issues if needed, report quality equipment deficiencies, assist with LDR verifications, and maintain safe housekeeping with effective shift handovers.
