Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for cyber security activities for a portfolio of complex software products and projects used in automated baggage handling and parcel sorting.
  • •Monitor and implement best practices for cyber security in industrial systems, using internationally recognized standards.
  • •Lead a small team of cyber security specialists while driving cyber security across BEUMER’s global software organization.
  • •Coordinate cyber security initiatives across group companies, product, and project departments; communicate strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
  • •Collaborate with software product, software project, IT-infrastructure, and Software Process Improvement teams; report to the Global Software Director.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant master’s degree related to software development and/or cyber security
  • •At least 2 years’ relevant experience in the cybersecurity field
  • •Experience analyzing a software organization’s cybersecurity priorities and practices
  • •Experience applying or using ISA/IEC 62443, EU CRA, NIS2, and ISO27001/2 in an international environment
  • •Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or CCSK (a plus)
