Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform BAU fixes and development projects on Payment Switch.
  • •Provide Level 3 production support for Payment Switch.
  • •Proactively identify and implement production support system improvements.
  • •Support SIT and UAT for Payment Switch development projects.
  • •Create/review implementation plans and deploy code in production while coordinating with other technology teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any Payment Switch; POS experience preferred.
  • •Strong domain/product knowledge of Payment Switch and the card payments industry.
  • •Deep C expertise on AIX and POSIX IPC (shared memory, message queues, semaphores), including AIX kernel internals; ACI NETX familiarity preferred.
  • •Experience with C and Linux systems programming, POSIX, GCC/Clang, Valgrind/ASan, multi-process architecture, and network programming (sockets, epoll).
  • •Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
