Lead store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience. Coach and develop associates, drive results against sales goals and KPIs, and supervise daily opening/closing and floor coverage. Oversee stockroom operations, inventory flow, visual merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices while upholding policies, safety, and an inclusive store environment.
