Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and developer experience across the organisation.
•Analyse and optimise application code at the UI and infrastructure layer, including memory footprint, package size, startup time, and rendering performance.
•Design and develop reusable, scalable mobile components for use across iOS and Android platforms.
•Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, establish best practices, and drive technical standards.
•Drive architecture innovations that support world‑class mobile app development at scale.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of native iOS or Android development with a track record in infrastructure, platform, or architecture work.
•Deep expertise in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C/C++) or Android (Kotlin/Java, Jetpack) with ability to contribute across both platforms.
•Active use of AI tools in engineering workflows, including building AI‑leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills for production work.
•Proven experience optimizing app performance—memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering—in production at scale.
•Strong understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and the mobile SDK layer for building scalable, high‑performance components.
