Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and developer experience across the organisation.
  • •Analyse and optimise application code at the UI and infrastructure layer, including memory footprint, package size, startup time, and rendering performance.
  • •Design and develop reusable, scalable mobile components for use across iOS and Android platforms.
  • •Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, establish best practices, and drive technical standards.
  • •Drive architecture innovations that support world‑class mobile app development at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of native iOS or Android development with a track record in infrastructure, platform, or architecture work.
  • •Deep expertise in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C/C++) or Android (Kotlin/Java, Jetpack) with ability to contribute across both platforms.
  • •Active use of AI tools in engineering workflows, including building AI‑leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills for production work.
  • •Proven experience optimizing app performance—memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering—in production at scale.
  • •Strong understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and the mobile SDK layer for building scalable, high‑performance components.
