Key Responsibilities

•Manage Marketing campaign data setup including: developing and executing complex SQL queries, extracting and analyzing data from SQL, loading/transferring into CRM tool, managing automation processes, monitoring the delivery of data inputs, and managing the data structure in all required systems (CRM/Data Warehousing and Reporting Solutions)
•Maintain an accurate and rapid test/control targeting strategy for multi-channel marketing, providing analysis and reporting services
•Synthesize current data and trend data to support strategy recommendations through various marketing analytics models, creating insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
•Design, automate and optimize recurring reporting processes and data workflows to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
•Work with technology, quality assurance and training teams to ensure system releases and offer programming are correctly set up, tested and communicated to the front line
•Utilize experience with data visualization to generate standard or custom reports that summarize marketing data for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders
•Ensure data integrity
•Handle vendor management related to databases, research providers and any third-party data suppliers
•Support ad hoc programs and projects, as needed
•The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

•Ability to analyze large data sets and present actionable insights to business stakeholders and leadership
