Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire).
  • •Manage and develop Revit and federated models across disciplines.
  • •Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the team.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes.
  • •Mentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinators; support continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven BIM Coordinator experience within Building Services consultancy.
  • •Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools).
  • •Understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects.
  • •Strong communication skills and confidence to lead and influence outcomes.
