Project Controls Specialist, Level III

Provide project controls support for Department of Energy projects at the Y-12 National Security Complex and Pantex Plant, including schedule development and maintenance, cost analysis and control, and earned value measurement. Manage cost, schedule, and risk plans; collect and analyze performance data; forecast estimate-to-complete; and report changes to project scope, cost, and schedule impact. Integrate cost and schedule reporting with company accounting and management systems.
