  • •Lead long-term customer engagements with consistent touchpoints and customer success plans.
  • •Provide high-quality guidance on use-case development, configuration, and optimization for Enterprise Security applications.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges before they impact customers.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and the Splunk ecosystem to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • •Represent customer needs internally to ensure feedback informs Cisco’s product innovation and roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) configuration, administration, and development.
  • •Ability to build deep partnerships, manage complex negotiations, and resolve conflicts.
  • •Splunk Architect Certification.
  • •Strong command of Search Processing Language (SPL); experience developing and optimizing correlation and risk-based alerting rules.
  • •Expertise in security frameworks including Assets and Identities, Threat Intelligence, Notable Events, Adaptive Response, and Risk-based Analytics.
