Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily receiving operations, ensure timely processing of incoming shipments, and promptly resolve operational issues.
  • •Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (storage and issuance), maintain cycle count accuracy, and ensure first-expiry-first-out issuance.
  • •Develop and maintain warehouse workflows, operating procedures, documentation controls, and conduct audits to drive continuous improvements.
  • •Oversee ASRS operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime, optimize storage/retrieval processes, and coordinate system upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • •Supervise and train warehouse staff, manage site-level process stewardship and risk reporting, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer engineering (preferred).
  • •At least 2 years demonstrating leadership skills (e.g., university or co-curricular activities).
  • •Advance verbal fluency with effective written communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in M365 apps (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) plus UIPath, Power BI, Tableau, and a programming language.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., chatbot/agentic AI/automation) and familiarity with SAP warehouse modules and ASRS management; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
