Job Summary

Lead Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) India’s legal function as a trusted business partner to senior management and leadership. Provide strategic counsel across corporate, technology, IP, employment, privacy, compliance, and regulatory matters, while overseeing contract review and broad commercial transactions. Drive legal risk awareness and mitigation, manage litigation and dispute resolution with external counsel, champion integrity/compliance programs, and deliver preventive legal training.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as trusted advisor and lead HTS India’s legal function, providing legal and strategic support to business and senior leadership.
•Partner with General Counsel to drive legal risk exposure awareness and disseminate legal risk mitigation policies and procedures.
•Oversee contract review and management, managing legal aspects of commercial transactions such as collaborations, licensing, supply agreements, NDAs, and consultancy agreements.
•Enable timely legal counsel on corporate, commercial, contract, compliance, IP, labor and employment, and related regulatory matters for SBGs and functions.
•Manage litigation and dispute resolution, support investigations and procurement/HR compliance, and conduct preventive legal training for employees.

Key Requirements

•LL.B degree from an accredited law school.
•Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience with significant experience in a corporate legal department or a major law firm.
•Strong knowledge of corporate law, technology law, intellectual property, employment law, and data privacy.
•Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage and lead a legal team.
