Strategy Planning Director

Lead the development of the Columbia Brand’s long-range global enterprise strategy by translating consumer insights, market dynamics, and business priorities into actionable multi-year plans. Partner with Brand Leadership to shape strategic direction and investment tradeoffs, and use analytics and competitive intelligence to inform recommendations. Structure and facilitate strategic planning processes, collaborate across functions to assess risks/opportunities, and deliver executive-level presentations and business cases.
