Architect and automate enterprise IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database capabilities in ServiceNow. Design and configure SAM/HAM workflows aligned to CSDM, maintain CMDB health through discovery and data certification, and build custom scripts, widgets, and Flow Designer components. Lead integrations with external systems (e.g., SCCM, Jamf, Intune, Active Directory, Coupa) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, support SPM modules, and provide technical guidance and mentoring.

•Build integrations between ServiceNow and external data sources using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations.
•Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, create architectural documentation, and mentor junior developers.

•ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (required) and ability to maintain a Secret or higher clearance.
