  • •Own and deliver quarterly team goals and guide engineers through ambiguity to deliver solutions.
  • •Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate constraints and trade-offs during the product development lifecycle.

  • •Maintain and monitor team artifacts, metrics, and on-call operations to ensure system reliability and availability.
