Job Summary

Support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining designated store sections. Process sales, exchanges, and refunds across payment methods, keep cash desk areas replenished and orderly, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures. Maintain organized stockroom standards, develop product and stock knowledge, and promote items throughout the store. Cover Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier duties when needed, complete training, and follow store SOPs, compliance, and health & safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain responsibility for assigned store sections, ensuring areas are tidy and well-presented.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently with all payment methods.
•Replenish and keep cash desk areas neat throughout the day, ensuring opening and closing procedures are efficient.
•Provide customer service face-to-face and over the telephone, supporting the customer experience and sales targets.
•Maintain organized stockroom standards, develop stock/product knowledge, attend training, and support compliance and health & safety; cover Head Cashier/Deputy Cashier in their absence.
