Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute a commercial education strategy to shorten new-hire time to readiness, enhance rep performance, and improve sales skills.
  • •Create systems to evaluate educational investments, identify impacts of sales process and messaging initiatives, and manage cross-portfolio sales skill development tied to revenue impact.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of education specialists while collaborating with regional managers, ZVPs, marketing leaders, medical education teams, and sales operations.
  • •Manage AOP planning, budgeting, budget tracking, and executive-level reporting to support enterprise decision-making.
  • •Travel to priority events as needed to support enablement and educational initiatives.
