Job Summary

Drive brand presence and demand in the Bavaria/Oberpfalz sales territory by presenting Stanley Black & Decker’s power tools, hand tools, and storage solutions to end customers. Identify and win new commercial customers, strengthen relationships with trade partners, and increase sales through needs analysis, application recommendations, and portfolio expansion. Deliver live product demonstrations and training, supported by a modern demonstration vehicle, with occasional overnight travel as needed.

•Promote and develop brand presence and strength in the sales territory within the Vertrieb organization.
•Present the product portfolio to end customers and drive demand generation through defined trade partners.
•Identify and acquire potential commercial end customers, especially craft businesses, in strategic target markets.
•Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for end customers and trade partners.
•Increase sales via needs analyses, application recommendations, and expanding the product portfolio at the end customer.

Key Requirements

•Technical, trade, or commercial training is beneficial; key is technical understanding and practical experience with tools and hands-on/near-construction work.

•Strong communication skills plus initiative, self-motivation, and teamwork.
•Willingness to travel and to stay overnight occasionally if required.
•Capability to identify and acquire commercial end customers, especially craft businesses, in target markets.
