Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a large-scale data center construction program, acting as the key day-to-day client interface. Own estimate and cost planning, manage change orders and valuations, and coordinate cost information with design services and general contractors. Drive value engineering and engineering priorities based on cost impact, produce monthly cost reports, support funding presentations, and help ensure timely final account agreement. Provide leadership and mentor team members.
