Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison with markets to support timely completion of internal, external, or client audits, providing support and guidance as required.
  • •Communicate effectively with Control Owners, Operators, Business platform Directors, and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
  • •Develop Standard Operating Procedures and a Risk and Controls Matrix for the application control environment.
  • •Monitor audit deficiencies and support remediation by challenging deficiencies in audit close meetings and reviewing remediation documentation.
  • •Perform detailed walkthroughs of automated controls, including reviewing system configuration, and provide up-to-date audit readiness reporting to the Director of CRC Media.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand the importance of strong IT controls and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • •Have prior experience in internal and external IT audits.
  • •Have robust understanding of the SOX controls framework and experience supporting SOX compliance with external auditors in large-scale transformation programmes.
  • •Work independently and proactively to identify and solve self-identified problems.
  • •Attention to detail, applying quality standards and ensuring nothing is overlooked; certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CRISC are advantageous.
