Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide formal and informal feedback, coach and motivate the team, and delegate to promote development.
  • •Hold the team accountable for meeting/exceeding department goals and driving team KPIs and engagement.
  • •Ensure ramp-up goals are met weekly for new hires and cross-trained authenticators, and support training and development opportunities.
  • •Maintain compliance with policy and procedure (including time and attendance) and communicate company initiatives and daily performance to management.

Key Requirements
