Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive implementation of technical strategy and project objectives to exceed customer expectations in quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Lead resolution of complex technical design and construction issues with optimized, high-quality solutions.
  • •Act as senior technical interface for approvals, coordination, and compliance-related technical matters with statutory authorities and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure compliance with Company HSE policies, technical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating technical/construction risks.
  • •Manage multiple technical workstreams concurrently; improve team performance and execution through structured planning and efficient working practices, including digital transformation and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of total experience with strong practical ability to prepare detailed method statements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures.
  • •Excellent ability to organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings and specifications.
  • •ERP knowledge with functional SAP skills required for success in the role.
  • •8 years in a relevant supervisory position; 5 years GCC experience is a plus.
