Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted legal business partner by proactively understanding business needs and providing compliant solutions.
  • •Lead and manage contracting activities including drafting and negotiating contracts, and maintaining templates and playbooks with global alignment.
  • •Collaborate with Compliance and Ethics & Business integrity teams to raise compliance awareness and promote a culture of compliance.
  • •Coordinate HQ legal support for customer dealmaking and compliance issues (antitrust, export control, ethics, cybersecurity) and dispute management/prevention across the global legal team.
  • •Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. or equivalent law degree.
  • •7+ years of legal and compliance experience (some in-house experience preferred).
  • •Fluency in English with excellent English contract drafting skills.
  • •Proven experience dealing with change and AI transformation.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
