Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the Engineering Enablement (EE) working model by facilitating weekly staff/operations meetings and coordinating corporate deliverables such as workforce planning.
  • •Partner with HR to develop and manage internal communications, including Town Halls and organizational announcements.
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Procurement partners to achieve strategic team goals.
  • •Drive long-range planning (LRP) and ensure achievement of OPEX and Capital budget targets.
  • •Manage quarterly hiring plans and global footprint strategy to ensure effective lab and data center capacity, and represent the CVP with high-level presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 201,180 - 344,880 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • •People leadership experience in the hi-tech industry, including working directly with or for CSPs or OEMs in product development roles.
  • •Demonstrated success driving technical team or project leadership in dynamic environments.
  • •Proactive, execution-focused problem-solving with the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive, customer, and partner audiences.
