•Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
•Oversee daily domestic LTL, FTL, and parcel carrier operations, including issue resolution, refusals, damages, and rescheduling.
•Demonstrated knowledge of domestic LTL, FTL, and parcel shipping, including carrier management and rate negotiation
•Own relationships with key carrier partners including UPS and contracted freight carriers; identify opportunities to test and onboard alternative carriers for cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
•Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual communication volume.
