Key Responsibilities

  • •Define what “great” means for the surfaces you own and build standards/systems to maintain quality as AI generates UI.
  • •Drive the strategic direction, quality, and consistency of the design system across business lines.
  • •Contribute to product strategy and vision in partnership with product leads using a first-principles lens.
  • •Lead system-level design challenges, including information architecture, shared components, and cross-surface consistency.
  • •Lead quantitative and qualitative research, mentor designers, and communicate design rationale to product and engineering leadership.

Key Requirements
