Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise-critical pursuits ($20–$100M) as Capture Director, formulating winning capture and client positioning strategies.
  • •Drive integrated strategies to improve capture and win rates, analyze competitive landscapes, and refine approaches using wins/losses insights.
  • •Develop and execute holistic capture strategy, including client listening, win strategy and solution development, marcomms and answer planning through debrief and lessons learned.
  • •Partner with proposal, marketing, technical, operations, and commercial teams to prepare Capture Plans and coordinate major pursuit strategy support.
  • •Coach and mentor regional capture/work-winning teams, facilitate pursuit strategy meetings, and ensure operational excellence and Go/No-Go rigor across the pursuit lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in significant pursuit capture strategy development and alignment with business targets and growth strategy, recognized as an industry expert.
  • •Proven track record leading strategic and complex pursuit strategies (NSR > £20m) across multi-disciplinary, multi-locational teams with clients and delivery partners.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate at all organizational levels with experience managing large and diverse pursuit/capture teams.
  • •Expert communication skills facilitating collaborative workshops with diverse teams and ensuring inclusive stakeholder engagement.
  • •Demonstrated sales production metrics and skills in business development strategy, client discovery, and developing compelling value propositions.
