Job Summary

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget. Build detailed project plans and governance processes, facilitate daily stand-ups, and coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams through planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Plan SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live, while identifying and communicating risks and delivering executive project status reporting aligned to SAP Activate and Agile/Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
•Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA implementation plans, project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
•Facilitate stand-ups and governance sessions to monitor progress, resolve risks, and track deliverables.
•Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
•Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support; manage risks, issues, and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC implementation, configuration, or testing.
•Minimum 4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects with end-to-end delivery experience.
•Minimum 4+ experience managing SAP implementation projects as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
•Minimum 2 years of experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
•Ability to manage cross-functional implementation activities including planning, testing, and go-live execution.
