Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct full-time analyst recruitment for Huntington’s development programs across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • •Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and required and preferred candidate qualifications
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies and establish relationships with universities, student organizations, career centers, and sourcing partners
  • •Coordinate applications, screening, interviews, offers, and program placement, including candidate slates across development programs
  • •Generate and analyze recruiting data to inform hiring needs, sourcing strategies, and process improvements
