Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements for issuing, acquiring, merchant, and fintech clients as the overall program head. Own program delivery from gathering inputs and analyzing data to forming conclusions, recommendations, and client-ready reporting. Drive initiatives across payments strategy, portfolio and product-market fit, value propositions, talent enablement, digital wallet and mobile app diagnostics, and data-driven enhancements in partnership with data science teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as overall program head to deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for key client segments.
•Gather and manage project inputs, analyze data, and develop conclusions, recommendations, and compelling project reports.
•Define project scope deliverables and revenue opportunities, including proposing and planning engagements.
•Prepare engagement materials (e.g., interview guides, data requirements, concepts and frameworks) to support delivery.
•Conduct industry research, distill best practices, and create presentations for findings and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management.
•Good knowledge of the payments industry landscape, consumer trends, and regulatory changes in the Philippines.
