Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, research, review, and submit required regulatory filings in compliance with Federal Reserve, FFIEC, and OCC standards and guidance.
  • •Analyze and prepare documentation for regulatory reports including Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14Q, FR Y-14A, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15, TIC Reports, FR Y-6, FR Y-10, FR Y-8, and other reports as needed.
  • •Collaborate with partners across IT and Finance to gather reportable data, provide business requirements, and complete user acceptance testing.
  • •Perform reconciliations to other regulatory and external filings and provide insight to management on trends and fluctuations.
  • •Coordinate regulatory reporting issues with Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Legal while maintaining procedural documentation and review controls.
