Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end program management for digital fraud initiatives and develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of milestones.
  • •Own and prioritise the product roadmap for digital fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with IT teams to design, architect and support implementation of fraud detection systems tailored to digital fraud risks (e.g., scams, ATO/ACTO, mule activity, digital payments and online journeys).
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and manage one or more clients across regions with different time zones, regulatory environments and data maturity.
