Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Provide exercise instruction and correction to ensure member safety and maximize training effectiveness.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and unrivalled session delivery and support to members.
  • •Complete MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training certifications, keep product knowledge up to date, and meet CPD and KPIs targets.
  • •Handle training administration, including updating sessions and rota, managing client bookings/contracts, and communicating with members and other departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •In depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
