Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform clients’ business processes by identifying and implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
  • •Analyze and map existing technology-driven processes and design optimized AI-enabled ones.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
  • •Collaborate with development teams and process owners to create and test AI solutions, including mentoring.
  • •Create and maintain project and process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Production experience with LLM/agentic solutions (not just PoC/demo).
  • •Ability to assess agentic automation feasibility and design agent workflows (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions).
  • •Experience building metrics and evals for agent performance.
  • •Excellent English and Polish skills.
