Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide suppliers timely nonconformance data for rejected product.
  • •Support suppliers with problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring non-conformances.
  • •Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to eliminate quality-impacting issues.
  • •Participate in daily Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to review nonconformances and dispositions.
  • •Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented and effective.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of Manufacturing Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering experience, preferably in an Engineered-to-Order facility.
  • •Experience with materials, manufacturing technologies, and manufacturing processes such as forging, casting, and machining.
  • •Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to facilitate work with cross-functional groups to drive results.
