Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and price insurance offers.
  • •Monitor business performance and risks, including closely monitoring the portfolio as it grows in scale and complexity.
  • •Help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of healthcare and insurance.
  • •Support growth through product and pricing strategies to unlock new segments and bring insurance expertise to sign customers.
  • •Strengthen relationships with regulators and improve compliance, while working with engineers to build tools for tailored insurance offers at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the insurance sector with meaningful exposure to health insurance products (hospitalisation, group insurance, disability or dental).
  • •Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • •A scientific background in actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, or data science combined with practical insurance experience (product, pricing, regulatory or analytics).
  • •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate complex data, business, and legal questions into actionable outputs.
  • •A builder mindset to continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and systems; clear written and spoken communication.
