Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess patient safety concerns and intervene to provide a safe environment, evaluating intervention effectiveness.
  • •Provide expert comprehensive direct and indirect nursing care for patient needs including cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, communication, and other considerations.
  • •Perform advanced assessment skills to distinguish normal versus abnormal patient characteristics.
  • •Evaluate and improve patient care delivery within the unit; promote patient flow and coordinate discharge planning and team rounding.
  • •Serve as a clinical/operational resource—mentoring, coaching, supporting staff development, contributing to performance evaluations, and delegating tasks within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience (required).
  • •Minimum 5 years as Charge Nurse.
  • •Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred).
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills (required to be successful).
