Job Summary

Support supply chain operations and warehouse activities by generating and releasing product, shipping, and accountability labels, using an ERP system to manage daily workflows, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Help with inventory tasks such as cycle counts and discrepancy resolution, and provide backup support to supply chain and customer service. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, handle dangerous goods safely, process inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain warehouse organization while completing TDG/IATA/IMDG training.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate label printing equipment and generate/verify/release product, shipping, and accountability labels to support manufacturing, R&D, and distribution.
•Use the ERP system to manage daily workflow, update progress, and run reports for basic data analysis.
•Support inventory activities, including cycle counts and investigating/resolving inventory discrepancies.
•Perform warehouse operations such as receiving/verifying inbound shipments, picking finished goods, staging shipments, and loading trucks per regulations.
•Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts/pallet jacks) safely and handle dangerous goods in compliance with regulations.
