Key Responsibilities

  • •Possess sound knowledge of Islamic financing structures, Facility Agreements, and related collateral/security documentation.
  • •Prepare and ensure accurate execution-ready Facility and Security documents in both English and Arabic using approved legal and Sharia templates.
  • •Review and validate executed finance and security documents to confirm execution by duly authorized signatories and obtain required legal opinions.
  • •Ensure timely registration and perfection of securities/collaterals with relevant authorities in line with Credit Risk Policy and CCD SOPs, including compliance with UAE laws and Sharia guidelines.
  • •Maintain and update facility limits, collateral records, EIRC registrations, and risk grades, and adhere to CCD-approved SLAs and turnaround times.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of banking experience, including 3+ years in credit documentation and operations.
  • •Thorough understanding of Islamic banking facility structures and Islamic financing documentation, including relevant Facility Agreements and collateral/security documentation.
  • •Ability to prepare and review Facility and Security documents in English and Arabic using approved legal and Sharia-compliant templates.
  • •Strong knowledge of credit approval processes aligned with the Delegation of Lending Authority (DLA).
  • •Experience ensuring timely registration/perfection of securities and collateral, including movable asset (EIRC) registrations and maintaining collateral records and risk grades.
